1) The Department of Agriculture - Western Visayas, through the General Appropriations Act of 2026 intends to apply the sum of Five Million Pesos (Php5, 000, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of Works for the Construction of Biosecured 10-Sow Level Facility/IB No. 2026-030 (AMV). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Department of Agriculture - Western Visayas now invites bids for the Procurement of Works for the Construction Biosecured 10-Sow Level Facility at DA-IROS Guimaras Satellite Office San Miguel, Jordan, Guimaras. Completion of the Works is required within 147 calendar days from receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed within 5 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
