The Municipality of Sta.Cruz, Davao del Sur, through the General Fund of the Local Government Unit intends to apply the sum of Seventy Five Thousand Peso(S) (Php 75, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Wind Breaker Jacket (SERVE AS VOLUNTEER OFFICIAL IDENTIFICATION DURING ACTIVITIES AND EMERGENCIES.) /26-0760.
Financial proposals received in excess of the ABC of each lot/entire project and/or the cost per item, shall not be accepted.
