INVITATION TO BID FOR THE Procurement of Welfare Goods-Well milled Rice (Framework Agreement)
1) The Local Government Unit of Mahatao, through the 5% LDRRMF - 2026 intends to apply the sum of Php573, 750.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of Welfare Goods-Well milled Rice (Framework Agreement) Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Local Government Unit of Mahatao now invites bids for Procurement of Welfare Goods (Well Milled Rice). Delivery timeframe of goods after receipt of a Call-Off. Bidders should have completed, at least three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders.
