PROJECT ID NO. HILONGOS GF-2026-08-072
1) The Local Government Unit of Hilongos, through the GENERAL FUND-ANNUAL BUDGET 2026 intends to apply the sum of NINE HUNDRED NINETY EIGHT THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED FIFTY FIVE PESOS (Php998, 155.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for PROCUREMENT OF WELFARE GOODS FOR PWUDS. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Local Government Unit of Hilongos now invites bids for PROCUREMENT OF WELFARE GOODS FOR PWUDS using the Proportionality Principle (Fit-for-Purpose Approach). Delivery of the Goods is required 20 calendar days. Bidders should have completed, at least three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
