1) The Provincial Government of Davao del Sur, through the CY 2026 LGDF-General Fund (PSWDO, PR No. 0796-CB-26) intends to apply the sum of P 900, 000.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of Welfare Goods - IB No. G-078-26 (1st opening). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Provincial Government of Davao del Sur now invites bids Procurement of Welfare Goods - IB No. G-078-26 (1st opening) . Delivery of the Goods is required 10 calendar days upon receipt of Purchase Order. Complete delivery shall be strictly observed by the supplier and no partial delivery shall be allowed except in meritorious cases such as fortuitous event, or by act of the Government or upon the approval of the Head of the Procuring Entity. Bidders should have completed, for the last three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
