FOR THE
PROCUREMENT OF WEB HOSTING SERVICES
1. The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA)], through the General Appropriations Act - FY 2026 intends to apply the sum of Four Million Five Hundred Eighty Thousand Pesos (Php4, 580, 000.00) only, being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Procurement of WEB Hosting Services, IB No. 2026-14 (PR 2025-10-0662 EPA). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The PAGASA now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within thirty (30) calendar days upon receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Price is inclusive of VAT and all other applicable taxes. Price validity is one hundred twenty (120) calendar days. Bidders should have completed, at least three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
