MUNICIPALITY OF CARLES
INVITATION TO BID
1.0 The Municipal Government of Carles, Province of Iloilo through its Annual Budget Appropriations (Trust Fund- Province of Iloilo Donation) intends to apply the sum of Six Million Pesos Only (Php 6, 000, 000) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the Procurement of Watercraft . Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2.0 The Municipal Government of Carles - Bids and Awards Committee now invites bid for the Procurement of Watercraft . Completion of the delivery of goods is required within Fifteen (15) Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed, within the last Ten (10) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II - Eligibility Documents (Instructions to Bidders).
