1. The MUNICIPALITY OF SAN NICOLAS through General Fund - Office of the Mayor (Capital Outlay - Computer Software) intends to apply the sum of Four Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php 400, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Water Meter Reading and Billing Management System to be used in the Municipality of San Nicolas, Batangas/ 2026-G015. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The MUNICIPALITY OF SAN NICOLAS now invites bids for the Procurement of Water Meter Reading and Billing Management System to be used in the Municipality of San Nicolas, Batangas.
