Tondo Medical Center, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), intends to procure the project Procurement of Water Dispenser with an Approved Budget for the Contract of Nine Hundred Two Thousand Philippine Pesos (PhP 902, 000.00), through Section 34 Small Value Procurement of the Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 12009.
