Tender Details

The city of Espoo (later also the Customer) requests offers for voice traffic services. The acquisition includes subscriptions and voice solutions, their implementation and ongoing services. The Supplier also offers voice communication services to the Customer management portals from which the Customer can manage subscriptions according to the specifications. A more detailed description of the content of the procurement can be found in appendix 1 of the request for tenders. "Description of the object of procurement". a unified entity that is not appropriate to divide into smaller entities. Based on the competition, one supplier and one alternate supplier will be selected. The calculated total value of the procurement for four years without VAT is €4, 500, 000, of which - the share of the City of Espoo is approximately €4, 350, 000 - the share of Espoo Catering Oy and Enter Espoo Oy is a total of approximately €150, 000 The City of Espoo makes the procurement decision on behalf of Espoo Catering Oy and Enter Espoo Oy. Espoo Catering Oy and Enter Espoo Oy make their own contract with the selected supplier. The contract comes into force upon signing and is valid until further notice. The estimated start date of the contract period is September 2026.
