INVITATION TO BID FOR THE
PROCUREMENT OF VITAMINS, MEDICATION, AND POWDERED MILK SUPPLEMENTATION
1) The Local Government Unit of Tomas Oppus, through the Trust Fund FY 2026, intends to apply the sum of Two Million Seven Hundred Seventy-Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Forty-Eight Pesos (Php 2, 779, 948.00), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC), to payments under the contract for PROCUREMENT OF VITAMINS, MEDICATION, AND POWDERED MILK SUPPLEMENTATION. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Local Government Unit of Tomas Oppus now invites bids for PROCUREMENT OF VITAMINS, MEDICATION, AND POWDERED MILK SUPPLEMENTATION. Delivery of the Goods is required Fifteen (15) Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed, at least 5 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
