Performance Security/Tender Security from Global Islamic Bank PLC, Islamic Bank Bangladesh PLC, First Security Islamic Bank PLC, Social Islamic Bank PLC, Union Bank PLC, ICB Islamic Bank PLC, Padma Bank PLC, National Bank PLC, Al-Arafah Islamic Bank PLC, Bangladesh Commerce Bank PLC, and EXIM Bank PLC is prohibited or will not be accepted.6. Brand, Model No. /Type No. of the motor must be mentioned in the technical offer.7. Catalogue/detail dimensional drawing of motor in English language must be submitted along with the technical offer.8. Detail specification of motor as per Model No/Type No. supported by the catalog must be mentioned in the technical offer.9. Name of manufacturer and country of origin must be mentioned in the technical offer.10. Manufacturer-s Test Certificate and Country of Origin Certificate must be submitted along with the supply of motor.11. The Bidder must provide a Warranty Certificate of satisfactory operation for a period of 01 (One) Year. 10% of Total value will be deducted for 01 (One) Year warranty period from the date of supply of the Vibrator Motor as retention money. After the warranty period the security deposit will be returned without interest as per the rules.12. Country of origin must be Japan /Italy/ Canada/UK/EU.13. Authorization Certificate from Manufacturer or his authorized distributor must be submitted along with the Technical offer.
