A. Function Halls and Lobby Requirements
1. Main Event Function Halls and Lobby
Event Dates: August 3-5, 2026
Event Time: 7:30 AM - 5:30 PM
The venue must provide:
Two (2) interconnected function halls with a combined seating capacity of up to 600 persons
One (1) separate function hall with a seating capacity of up to 300 persons
A lobby/exhibit area with a minimum floor area of 700 square meters
High-ceiling halls with an unobstructed layout and free from vertical columns/posts
2. Breakout Function Rooms
The venue must provide three (3) connected function rooms with a combined capacity of up to 150 persons.
