The subject of procurement is the procurement and delivery of ambulances for the needs of the Institute for Emergency Medicine of Sisak-Moslavina County in accordance with the description and technical specifications. Ponuditelj je obvezan naručitelju ponuditi isključivo nova i nekorištena vozila godine manufactured in 2025 or later and deliver them to the address of the headquarters of the Client. The technical specifications determine the required minimum characteristics of the vehicles to be purchased. The subject of procurement must comply with the positive regulations related to the traffic of vehicles and special regulations or professional rules in the field of procurement. Vehicles must fully comply with the required technical characteristics as stated in the technical specification of the vehicle and the applicable norm HRN EN 1789 or equivalent for road use medical vehicle type A2, in accordance with the Ordinance on standards and norms regarding space, workers and medical-technical equipment for the performance of emergency medicine activities and activities and medical transport (Official Gazette No. 64/2024) and the Vehicle Standard and external appearance of vehicles for medical transport ("Official Gazette" No. 12/2025). The conditions regarding the technical characteristics of vehicles for medical transport are determined by the current standard HRN EN 1789 medical vehicles and their equipment for road medical vehicle type A2.
