of the Governor
1) The Provincial Government of Bohol, through the budget for the contract approved
by the Sanggunian through an appropriation ordinance for the year 2026 intends
to apply the sum of Two Million Six Hundred Thousand Pesos Only (P 2, 600, 000.00)
being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for
Procurement of Vehicle (Van) for Use of the Office of the Governor (2026-000536).
Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid
opening.
2) The Provincial Government of Bohol, through the Provincial Procurement Management
Unit, now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is
required within 30 days after receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have
completed, at least within the last ten years from the date of submission and receipt
