Description : PROCUREMENT OF DENR-IX VEHICLE TIRES
Mode of Procurement: Small Value Procurement
1) The Department of Environment and Natural Resources, Regional Office No. IX, through the RA 12314, FY-2026 Government Appropriations Act (GAA), intends to apply the sum of EIGHT HUNDRED THIRTY-FIVE THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED EIGHTY PESOS (₱835, 180.00), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC), to payments under the contract for the Procurement of DENR-9 vehicle tires. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Department of Environment and Natural Resources, Regional Office No. IX hereby requests quotations from interested suppliers for the Procurement of DENR-IX Vehicle Tires in accordance with Republic Act No. 12009.
3) Scope of Procurement
The procurement covers the supply and delivery of Vehicle Tires as detailed in the attached Bill of Quantities (BOQ).
