Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR
PROCUREMENT OF VEGETABLE SEEDS
1. The Barangay Pilar, Sta. Maria, Pangasinan through the 20% Local Development Fund 2026 intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Twenty Thousand Pesos Only (Php 120, 000.00) being the Approved Budget of the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Vegetable Seeds, PIN: G-2026-01. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Barangay Pilar, Sta. Maria, Pangasinan now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of Goods is required by three (3) calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within 2 years a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. (Instruction to Bidders).
3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) 9184, otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act”.
