1. The Municipal Government of Palanas, through its PhilHealth Capitation Fund CY 2025, intends to apply the sum of Three Hundred Twenty Thousand Pesos (P320, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Procurement of VChem Next Semi-Automated Chemistry Analyzer (See Technical Specifications). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Municipal Government of Palanas now invites bids for Procurement of VChem Next Semi-Automated Chemistry Analyzer (See Technical Specifications). Delivery of the Goods is required for Thirty (30) calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
