1. The Local Government Unit of Bato, Leyte, through the GoP (5% MDRRM Fund-Capital Outlay) intends to apply the sum of One Million Nine Hundred Ninety- Seven Thousand Two Hundred Eighty- Nine Pesos Only (Php 1, 997, 289.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract Procurement of Various Tools, Equipments and PPEs for DRR Activities (including training, rescue, and response) in the MDRRMO Operation Center, Bato, Leyte (batgoods 2026-05-032). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Local Government Unit of Bato, Leyte now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required 90 calendar days.
