1) The Provincial Government of Southern Leyte, through the General Fund 2026 intends to apply the sum of Three Hundred Eighty Thousand Pesos (PhP 380, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of Various Tire Wheels (PGO, SDH & OVG) broken down as follows:
• Procurement of Tire Wheel (PGO) - PhP 60, 000.00
• Procurement of Tire Wheel (SDH) - 164, 000.00
• Procurement of Tire Wheel (OVG) - 156, 000.00
PhP 380, 000.00
Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
