Carlos Hilado Memorial State University, through the Corporate Budget for the Contract of 2026 approved by the governing Board (GAA/MDS), intends to apply the sum of ONE MILLION THREE HUNDRED NINETY-NINE EIGHT HUNDRED SIXTY-SEVEN PESOS & 00/100 (Php 1, 399, 867.00) ONLY being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the PROCUREMENT OF VARIOUS TEXTBOOKS AND REFRENCES FOR THE FACULTY AND STUDENTS AS WELL AS SUSTAINABILITY TO COPC AND AACCUP COMPLIANCE - TALISAY CAMPUS. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
