Description : 1. The DOST-SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY INFORMATION INSTITUTE (DOST-STII), through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), invites PhilGEPS registered suppliers/contractors/consultants to submit quotations for the project “Procurement of Various STARBOOKS Equipment” with a total Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) in the amount of Eight Hundred Five Thousand Pesos Only (Php805, 000.00).

2. Procurement will be conducted through Small Value Procurement as prescribed under Section 34 of the Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act (R.A.) No. 12009, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act”.
3. The project shall be awarded as separate contract per item.
4. Suppliers/contractors shall submit their quotations, inclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT), on or before 23 February 2026 until 5:00 PM at the DOST-STII - BAC Secretariat - Property Section, 2nd Flr.
