1)The RESEARCH INSTITUTE FOR TROPICAL MEDICINE, through the GAA intends to apply the sum of THREE MILLION EIGHT HUNDRED FOUR THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED PESOS ONLY (P3, 804, 900.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for PROCUREMENT OF VARIOUS RITM MERCHANDISE UNDER BAC-IB NO.: 2026-26-B. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2)The RESEARCH INSTITUTE FOR TROPICAL MEDICINE now invites bids for PROCUREMENT OF VARIOUS RITM MERCHANDISE UNDER BAC-IB NO.: 2026-23-B using the MOST ECONOMICALLY ADVANTAGEOUS AND RESPONSIVE BID (MEARB) BID AWARD CRITERION/CRITERIA. Delivery of the Goods is required WITHIN FORTY-FIVE (45) CALENDAR DAYS. Bidders should have completed, at least 10 YEARS from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
