Invitation to Bid for Procurement of Various Rescue Equipment - MDRRM Office, Maria, Siquijor / MAR-00039G-2024

1. The LGU - Municipality of Maria, through the 5% Local Disaster/Calamity Fund - 2024 intends to apply the sum of Three Hundred Thousand Pesos Only (₱ 300, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of Various Rescue Equipment - MDRRM Office, Maria, Siquijor/MAR-00039G-2024. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The LGU - Municipality of Maria now invites bids for Procurement of Various Rescue Equipment - MDRRM Office, Maria, Siquijor/MAR-00039G-2024. Delivery of the Goods is required thirty (30) calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
