Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR the Procurement of Various Planting Materials
1) TheDepartmentofAgriculture- Regional Field Office 13, through the HVCDP GAA
2026 intends to apply the sum of the following being the Approved Budget for the
Contract (ABC) to paymentsunderthecontract for each lot/item. Bids received in excess
of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
