1) The Municipality of Padre Burgos, through the GENERAL FUND CY 2026 intends to apply the sum of One Million Pesos Only (Php 1, 000, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for PROCUREMENT OF VARIOUS OFFICE EQUPMENT FOR SANGGUNIANG BAYAN(SB) OFFICE USE. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Municipality of Padre Burgos now invites bids for PROCUREMENT OF VARIOUS OFFICE EQUPMENT FOR SANGGUNIANG BAYAN(SB) OFFICE USE. Delivery of the Goods is required Fifteen (15) Calendar Days]. Bidders should have completed, at least Two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
