2. All items must be typewritten or computerized.
3. The price quoted should be inclusive of taxes.
4. Interested suppliers are required to submit their current Mayor-s permit, Income/Business tax return, and Omnibus Sworn Statement and Philgeps registration certificate upon submission of the price quotation.
5. Submission of quotation and eligibility documents is on or before of June 27, 2026 at the BAC Office. Submission may be submitted through email address posted on Philgeps.
