1. The BARANGAY GOVERNMENT OF AMMUBUAN, through the Provincial Government of Cagayan approved by the Sanggunian intends to apply the sum of Three Hundred Fifty Five Thousand Six Hundred Thirty Pesos (P 355, 630.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Project Reference No. 03-2026 - Procurement of Various Materials for the Installation of 6KW Hybrid Solar Power System. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The BARANGAY GOVERNMENT OF AMMUBUAN now invites bids for the fabrication, supply and delivery of the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within thirty (30) days from the receipt of the Notice To Proceed.
