1. The BARANGAY GOVERNMENT OF CABULUAN EAST, through the 20% Development Fund of the Barangay approved by the Sanggunian intends to apply the sum One Hundred Twenty Thousand Thirty Six Pesos and Eighteen Centavos (P 120, 036.18) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Project Reference No. 01-2026 - “Procurement of Various Materials for the Improvement of Health Center”. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The BARANGAY GOVERNMENT OF CABULUAN EAST now invites bids for the fabrication, supply and delivery of the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within thirty (30) days from the receipt of the Notice To Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
