1. The BARANGAY GOVERNMENT OF CABARITAN WEST, through the 20% Development Fund CY-2026 approved by the Sanggunian intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Fifty Three Thousand Three Hundred Eighty Two Pesos and Fifty Centavos (P 253, 382.50) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Project Reference No. 02-2026 - Procurement of Various Materials for the Extension of Gymnasium. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The BARANGAY GOVERNMENT OF CABARITAN WEST now invites bids for the fabrication, supply and delivery of the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within thirty (30) days from the receipt of the Notice To Proceed.
