1. The BARANGAY GOVERNMENT OF CABULUAN EAST, through the 20% Development Fund approved by the Sanggunian intends to apply the sum Three Hundred Twenty Two Thousand Nine Hundred Forty One Pesos and Twenty Five Centavos (P 322, 941.25) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Project Reference No. 02-2026 - “Procurement of Various Materials for the Continuation of Construction of Multi-Purpose Building”. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The BARANGAY GOVERNMENT OF CABULUAN EAST now invites bids for the fabrication, supply and delivery of the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within thirty (30) days from the receipt of the Notice To Proceed.
