PROCUREMENT OF VARIOUS MATERIALS FOR CONSTRUCTION OF DRAINAGE CANAL PUROK RIZAL II, BRGY. PANAY
1.The Local Government Unit of Sto. Niño, through the TF LDRRMF CY 2026 intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Seventy Two Thousand One Hundred Thirty Pesos Only (Php 272, 130.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for SN-GOODS-26-28. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2.The Local Government Unit of Sto. Niño, now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by 15 Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed, within 5 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
