Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF VARIOUS MACHINERIES AND EQUIPMENT FOR AMIA



1. The Department of Agriculture Regional Field Office 13, through the AMIA GAA 2024 intends to apply the sum of the following being the ABC to payments under the contract for Procurement of Various Machineries and Equipment for AMIA under PR No. C13/A72-2023-125-11. Bids received in excess of the ABC of each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

Lot 1 - 6 Units Floating Tiller (Mudboat Type) ₱ 900, 000.00

Lot 2 - 1 Unit Pump Irrigation System for Open Source (PISOS) 120, 000.00

Total ₱ 1, 020, 000.00



2. The Department of Agriculture Regional Field Office 13 now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by Forty Five (45) days per lot upon issuance of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within 2 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
