1) The West Visayas State University Medical Center- NSCV, through the NSCV Fund 2026 intends to apply the sum of One Million Eight Hundred Thirty-three Thousand Pesos (Php1, 833, 000.00), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of Various ICT Equipment. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The West Visayas State University Medical Center- NSCV now invites bids for Procurement of ICT Equipment. Delivery of the Goods is required Sixty (60) Calendar Days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
