MUNICIPALITY OF BONTOC
INVITATION TO BID FOR PROCUREMENT OF VARIOUS FOOD SUPPLIES FOR SUPPLEMENTARY FEEDING PROGRAM FOR ECCD LEARNERS
1) The Municipality of Bontoc, through the Special Trust Fund CY. 2026 intends to apply the sum of Two Million Six Hundred Forty- One Thousand Five Hundred Pesos (Php2, 641, 500.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of Various Food Supplies for Supplementary Feeding Program for ECCD Learners. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Municipality of Bontoc now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within ninety (90) days or as may be requested by the end -user upon receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within three (3) years from the date of submission and receipts of bids, a contracts similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders.
