The CITY GOVERNMENT OF TRECE MARTIRES, through the CY 2026 - SPECIAL PURPOSE APPROPRIATION (CAPABILITY DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM) intends to apply the sum of SEVEN MILLION NINE HUNDRED FIFTY FIVE THOUSAND PESOS (PHP7, 955, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for PROCUREMENT OF VARIOUS EXPENSES FOR THE CONDUCT OF UNITY IN SUCCESS: EMPLOYEE DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM with PR No. 2026-07-1138. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
