1. 4 sets - 15- two way full range speaker system designed for sound reinforcement with 15-(381mm) woofer, equipped with an optimum demodulation/cooling ring and a 1- (25.4mm) 2414H NdFeb magnet high frequency compression driver
2. 1 set - 18- high powered and long excursion cone driver for extended low-frequency reproduction. With sophisticated cabinet designed for high efficiency. High sensitivity with low power compression low profile and compact.
3. 2 sets - 2 channel 750W at 4ohms power amplifier
4. 2 sets - UHF diversity wireless system with FM technology 12 selectable channels 100m range up to 6 system simultaneously with ASC infrared synchronization between transmitter and receiver squelch with pilot tone 10 hour replaceable head for a U300 Handheld microphone
5. 2 sets - Microphone stand with folding tripod base with 2 point adjustment boom
6. 4 sets - speaker stand 35mm aluminum
7. 3 sets - Speaker 1, 840 wants peak power, 460 watts RMS and a maximum sound pressure level of 128db, ideal for small events or conference and meetings. Compact and transport friendly array system with 4 interlocking satellites operated via smartlink adapter
8. 2 sets - Dynamic vocal microphone with switch 5.0m XLR PL cable
9. 6 sets - Two way speaker using a 12- (304.8mm) woofer equipped with an optimum demodulating/cooling ring and a1- (25.4mm) 2414H NdFeb magnet high frequency compression driver. With a big order passive network which eliminates band overlapped and brings subtle vocal details into a full play.
10. 1 set - Subwoofer - 18- high power and long ecursion cone driver for extended low frequency reproduction with sophisticated acoustic cabinet design for high effieciency high sensitivity with low power compression low profile and compact enclosure features a combination of 18mm and 25mm multi paly birch construction with attractive durable finish.
Bid Documents may be obtained from the BAC Office, Ground Floor, Paranaque City Hall, San Antonio Avenue, SAV 1, Paranaque City, upon payment of non-refundable fees stated above. Only interested parties who have purchased bid documents may participate in the Pre-Bid Conference.
Prospective Bidders should have experienced in undertaking a similar project within the last 10 years with an amount of at least 50% of the proposed projects (25% in case of Expendable Supplies). Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary -œpass/fail- criterion as specified in the Revised Implementing Rules and Regulation (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) 9184, otherwise known as the -œGovernment Procurement Reform Act-. Bids Received in excess of the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
All particulars relative to eligibility screening, bid security, performance security, pre-bid conference/s, evaluation of bids, post qualification and award of contracts shall be governed by the pertinent provisions of RA 9184 and it-s Revised IRR.
The City Government of ParaA+/-aque - Bids and Awards Committee reserves the the right to accept or reject any bid, to annul the bidding process, and to reject all bids at any time prior to contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected bidder or bidders.
