Description : 1) The Department of Science and Technology Regional Office No. VII (DOST-VII), through the General Appropriations Act (GAA) of FY 2026 intends to apply the sum of Five Million Pesos (Php5, 000, 000.00) being the Approved Budget of the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Various Equipment for DOST-VII Regional Standards and Testing Laboratory (RSTL) with Project Identification Number DOST07-2026-001. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Department of Science and Technology Regional Office No. VII (DOST-VII) now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the goods and services is required ninety (90) days upon the receipt of Notice to Proceed (NTP). Bidders should have completed, at least one (1) year from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
