THE PROCUREMENT OF VARIOUS DRUGS & MEDICINES FOR BOTIKA NG BAYAN
1. The LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF BAGUMBAYAN, through the TRUST FUND intends to apply the sum of ONE MILLION EIGHT HUNDRED EIGHTY THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED SEVEN PESOS ONLY (P 1, 880, 207.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract to payments under the contract for PROCUREMENT OF VARIOUS DRUGS & MEDICINES FOR BOTIKA NG BAYAN. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF BAGUMBAYAN now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods/Services is indicated in the schedule of requirements. Bidders should have completed, within Five (5) YEARS from the submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
