1) The Local Government Unit of Diplahan, through the Local Fund FY 2026 intends to apply the sum of Eight Hundred Ninety-Seven Thousand One Hundred Seventy-Four Pesos (Php897, 174.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of Various Drugs and Medicines for Non-Communicable Disease (NCD) Program. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
