1) The Provincial Government of Southern Leyte, through the General Fund 2026 intends to apply the sum of TWO HUNDRED NINETY ONE THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED FORTY FIVE PESOS (PhP291, 345.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of Various Drugs and Medicines - PHSO. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Provincial Government of Southern Leyte now invites bids for Procurement of Various Drugs and Medicines - PHSO. Delivery of the Goods is required is Thirty (30) Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed, at least Ten (10) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
