The LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF BAGUMBAYAN, through the MEEDO SUPLEMENTAL BUDGET NO. 1 SERIES OF 2026 intends to apply the sum of FOUR HUNDRED NINETY-FOUR THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED FIFTY PESOS (P 494, 250.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract to payments under the contract for PROCUREMENT OF VARIOUS CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS FOR THE REHABILITATION OF ISOLATION FACILITY AT MUNICIPAL SITE, BAGUMBAYAN, SULTAN KUDARAT. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
