1) The Local Government Unit of Sumilao, through the Local Development Project Fund-BDP, 2026 intends to apply the sum of Nine Hundred Seventy Two Thousand Four Hundred Seventy Eight Pesos & 10/100 (Php972, 478.10) only being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment under the contract for Procurement of Various Construction Materials for Different Projects in Barangay of Sumilao with ITB#2026-04-027 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for each lot. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
