The National Historical Commission of the Philippines (NHCP) intends to procure Procurement of Various Books through Small Value Procurement of the Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 12009.
Please submit your duly signed quotation by email or to the Property Section, Ground Floor, NHCP Bldg., T.M. Kalaw St., Ermita, Manila on or before March 25, 2026, 9:00 am, subject to compliance with the Terms and Conditions provided on this Request for Quotation (RFQ).
Interested service providers shall also submit a valid and updated copy of the following documents along with the quotation on or before the above-mentioned deadline for submission of quotation:
