The city of Vantaa is starting the procurement of Vantaa tram stop shelters. 27 stops are planned for the tram line, all of which are equipped with a pair of shelters (excluding the tunnel stop and possibly the airport). City of Vantaa is planning to tender the trolley bus shelters and their advertising rights with a license agreement for 20 years. The contract partner gets the exclusive right to advertise in digital, standardized advertising devices placed on canopies. the contractual partner's responsibilities include tram line canopies;• investment in accordance with pre-agreed equipment, • installation on own base plate, • maintenance and service as well as• electrical and telecommunication connections with cables. Canopies, their the ownership of the foundation elements, electricity and telecommunication contracts, and cables is with the contract partner during the contract period, but is transferred to the city of Vantaa at the end of the contract. The city of Vantaa also gets its own share of the digital media space for the use of communication (approx. 10%), and the possibility to use the media space for crisis communication. If possible, a share of the gross sales of outdoor advertising can also be included in the contract. The city of Vantaa invites interested actors to a market dialogue to specify the procurement. This market dialogue and the subsequent tender only apply to covered stops for the tram line.
