Imatran Kiinteistö- ja Aluepalvelu Oy (KIPA) requests offers for maintenance services for vans. The selection criteria for the offers is overall economic affordability, and the comparison criteria is the cheapest price. The comparison price consists of the hourly prices of the service. The contract period is 1 September 2026-31 August 2027. The contract includes the possibility of a 3-year option. Option periods can also be used one year at a time. The customer makes a decision about using the option no later than 3 months before the end of the contract period. The contract terms are JYSE 2025 services. The customer has about 25 vans. The service provider must have an office in the Imatra area. The service provider must have modern fault diagnosis equipment. Work requiring a permit and requiring special skills is agreed on a case-by-case basis between the subscriber and the service provider. Primarily, the work will be done by the service provider you are applying for. If the service provider does not have the required permits or know-how to perform the work, the customer is entitled to commission the work in question to a third party party.
