1. The Municipality of Malvar through the Appropriation Ordinance No. 007-12 Series of 2025 dated December 23, 2024 as General Fund Annual budget for CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Nine Hundred Ninety Nine Thousand Four Hundred Ninety Pesos (P 999, 490.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the PROCUREMENT OF VACCINE FOR NATIONAL IMMUNIZATION PROGRAM with Solicitation Number G-112025-010364. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
