Description : 1. The LGU-Island Garden City of Samal, through the Trust Fund intends to apply the sum of Three Million Five Hundred Ninety-Two Thousand Eight Hundred Pesos Only (Php3, 592, 800.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for PROCUREMENT OF UTILITY VEHICLE UNDER PR NO. 2026-05-3546 Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

The LGU-Island Garden City of Samal, through the Trust Fund intends to apply the sum of Three Million Five Hundred Ninety-Two Thousand Eight Hundred Pesos Only (Php3, 592, 800.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for each lot/item. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The LGU-Island Garden City of Samal now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within 60 Calendar Days.
