INVITATION TO BID FOR PROCUREMENT OF UTILITY VAN
ITB NO. 26-DUMNORTE-001
1) The Barangay Local Government Unit of Dumabato Norte, Maddela, Quirino, through the 20% Barangay Development Fund and 5% BDRRM Fund, intends to apply the sum of Eight Hundred Thousand Pesos (P 800, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of Utility Van. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Barangay Local Government Unit of Dumabato Norte, Maddela, Quirino now invites bids for the above procurement project. Delivery of the Goods is required not later than forty-five (45) calendar days from the receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, at least four (4) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
