INVITATION TO BID FOR PROCUREMENT OF UTILITY TRICYCLE
1. The Municipality of Boljoon, through the Municipal Budget Office (MBO) (SB#2 - 2025 1011 (Procurement of Utility Tricycle), intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Sixty Thousand Pesos (P260, 000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for PROCUREMENT OF UTILITY TRICYCLE. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Municipality of Boljoon now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by 15 calendar days after the issuance of notice to proceed. Bidders should have completed, within 30 calendar days from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
